• Confirming your appointment by email and text message.
• Sending you a single reminder text 24 hours before your appointment.
• Contacting you if we need to reschedule or clarify booking details.

We never send marketing or promotional messages. No exceptions.

By checking the SMS consent box on our booking form, you agree to receive two transactional text messages per appointment from Nobu Nails Spa at the mobile number you provided:

• A confirmation message immediately after booking.
• A reminder message 24 hours before the appointment.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all future messages, or reply HELP for support. Opting out will not affect your ability to book appointments; you will simply not receive automated texts.

Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the infrastructure providers required to operate the site and messaging:

• Twilio — to transmit SMS messages (see Twilio Privacy).
• Resend / Emergent — to send transactional email confirmations.
• Hosting provider (Emergent) — to run the website and store bookings.

We do not share your data for advertising, analytics on other platforms, or any purpose unrelated to your appointment.

Booking records are retained for as long as necessary to serve you and comply with our record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@nobunail.com.

We use industry-standard technical and administrative safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to keep your information safe.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Send any such request to info@nobunail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years or older, or minors accompanied by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
