1. Agreement
By booking an appointment on
nobunail.com or visiting Nobu Nails Spa at 6516 E Central Avenue, Wichita, KS 67206, you agree to these Terms and to our
Privacy Policy.
2. Booking & payment
Appointments are confirmed instantly online. Payment is collected in person at the salon at the time of service. Prices shown online with a “+” indicate a starting price; final pricing may vary depending on nail length, service add-ons, or condition of the natural nail.
3. Cancellations & late arrivals
- To cancel or reschedule, please call us at 316-612-0224 at least 2 hours before your appointment.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled.
- Repeated no-shows may result in a request for a deposit on future bookings.
4. SMS messaging terms
When you check the SMS consent box during booking, you agree to receive two transactional text messages from Nobu Nails Spa per appointment: (a) an immediate booking confirmation and (b) a reminder 24 hours before your visit.
- Message frequency: up to 2 messages per appointment.
- Msg & data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe from all messages.
- Reply HELP for support, or call 316-612-0224.
- Consent to receive text messages is not required to book an appointment.
- No marketing or promotional texts are ever sent.
5. Health & safety
Please let your technician know of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions (including but not limited to diabetes, circulation issues, or open wounds) before treatment begins. We reserve the right to decline service if we believe it may pose a risk to your health or ours.
6. Satisfaction
If you're not happy with your service, please tell us before you leave the salon and we will do everything reasonable to make it right. Requests made more than 48 hours after service may not be eligible for correction.
7. Intellectual property
All content on nobunail.com — photography, text, and branding — is the property of Nobu Nails Spa. Please do not reproduce it without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Nobu Nails Spa is not responsible for damage to personal belongings brought into the salon or for reactions to products used with your informed consent.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Sedgwick County, Kansas.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
